From as little amount of money per month, our Property Management staff will provide the following services:
- Routine weekly property security inspection throughout the year
- Collecting and paying of household bills
- Organising general maintenance on the property ie. Cleaning, gardening, decorating, emptying and cleaning of swimming pool.
- Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
- Preparation and updating of accounts and emailing/faxing to owner when requested.
- Supervising any contractors required to do work at the villa, i.e. pool maintenance, gardener etc.
- Dealing with any emergency situations i.e. burst pipe, leaking tank etc.
